Flexible processes

Our processes wrap around your current systems and processes, although we will also suggest best practice and workflow efficiencies where we spot them.

For larger organisations, system integration can be an issue with data coming from existing HR or Time and Attendance systems, outputting data to a prescribed format can be challenging, and sometimes result in additional costs to configure the systems. We don’t believe that if you have invested in systems and solutions to run your organisation, you should be forced into using software we recommend or be constrained by rigid data requirements.

That’s why we wrap around your systems. We don’t mind what data we receive and in what format, we have our secret weapon, EDNA which is a parsing engine that does the hard work and ‘heavy lifting’ where data is concerned.

Dedicated set up and on-boarding

Our Implementation Team will bring your payroll over to our systems, liaise with your current provider and ensure the payroll is accurate.

Named processing team

Once set up the Implementation team hand over to your ongoing processing team where you will have named contacts you can deal directly with and who get to know your organisation. The payroll team will handle your payroll processing including;

  • Processing of all new starters and leavers
  • Full year end reporting and filing
  • Full pension compliance and reporting
  • SSP, SMP and company pay schemes managed
  • Manage all your pay deductions (AOE’s etc)
  • Flexible reporting
  • Payment through our BACS facilities

All our teams, not just Account Managers, are based in the UK as are our in-house software developers who keep all our systems and platforms working efficiently.

You will be given access to ePaysafe which is our secure online payroll portal. As it is web based there is no need for you to download or install software and you payroll information, approvals and reporting are available to access 24/7.

ePayslips – so much more than electronic payslips

More and more of our clients are switching from paper to ePayslips. Our ePayslips service provides digital payslips bit also other pay related documentation such as P45’s, P60s and P11Ds.

ePayslips also has options to use to communicate company documents such a staff handbooks and policies and can also act as a 2-way secure employee messaging service (ideal for employees who are not desk-based with access to email).

And just to top it off, our ePayslips can be branded to your organisation, providing a streamlines employee experience.
