Our online portal, ePaysafe provides a secure online system for submitting, checking and archiving their payroll. It also gives immediate 24/7 access to your payroll reports and payslips.
For employees, we also offer ePayslips (electronic payslips) which is ideal for remote workers, reduces paper wastage and saves you on postage costs. For your employees, it gives them easy access to their current and previous payslip information.
Payroll data is by its very nature, sensitive and personal. When you outsource your payroll you need to feel confident that your employee data is going to protected at all stages of the process. As a payroll provider, we have developed water-tight policies and procedures that include all legal, physical and logical controls that are an essential part of information risk management.

- GDPR – we have an internal GDPR compliance framework to ensure that, as a service provider, we meet all our GDPR compliance obligations.
- Business Continuity – our UK-based backup system is second to none and in the event of a disaster such as fire, flood or power failure we can be back up and running within three hours.
